How is my order shipped?

We send your order throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein with Swiss-Express “Moon” of the Swiss Post. We'll coordinate with you for a delivery date and you'll receive the caviar cooled in a foam box before 9 a.m.

What are the shipping costs?

The delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free of charge.

Can I track my consignment?

Yes. As soon as your order is on its way, we inform you about it and share the postal consignment number with you.

Which countries do you deliver to?

In principle, we ship throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Do you wish to order from an EU country? Please contact us.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) and PayPal. You may also opt for a payment in advance. Unfortunately, the high quality of our products doesn't allow us to deliver on account.

I've placed my order by mistake. Can I cancel it?

Yes. Please contact us right away so that we can cancel your order. A cancellation is possible on the day of ordering via e-mail, phone or contact form.

The caviar shows obvious defects. Can I return it and get a refund?

We place the highest importance on excellent quality and perform multiple quality controls. Please observe the storage instructions on our website and the back of the tin. Should you nevertheless identify a defect, please contact us as quickly as possible via e-mail, phone or contact form. We will replace your order or refund the purchase price.
